On behalf of the 2011 Brennan Jr. Bears Youth Football and Cheer Program, we would like to extend an invitation to you and your company to become a sponsor for our youth football program. The Brennan Jr. Bears Youth Football and Cheer program is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide quality recreation and skill development in the game of football, for all area youth ages 5-12 abroad. Our mission also includes:

• Bringing our youth closer together through common interest in sportsmanship and competition.
• Instill the values of education and importance of behaving at school.
• Acquaint the players with the fundamentals of the game rules; running, kicking, blocking and tackling and more.
• Teach sportsmanship, build character and discipline and love of the game.
• Encourage the players to maintain satisfactory grades in school and to emphasize the importance of keeping a proper relationship and balance between scholastic and athletic endeavors.
• Keep our community youth busy and away from situations that lead to bad behavior.

The most important steps in the planning process for a successful year is obtaining local and corporate sponsorships from businesses and organizations, to help offset some of the cost associated with the events. We are looking for sponsors who are willing to donate any dollar amount to assist in covering our major expenses such as field rental, officials, equipment and uniforms, EMT fees, insurance, trophies and administrative cost.

Sponsorship with the Bears is a unique partnering opportunity for businesses and corporations.  When sponsoring with us, we will do everything in our power to maximize your business exposure, and match your company with a diverse family target audience.

Your company, business or individual will be the main sponsor for the Brennan Jr. Bears Youth Football & Cheer Program in three (3) age divisions and our youth football summer camp. This is our most exclusive Sponsorship opportunity.

• Company name on all Bears football programs apparel (t-shirts, sweat shirts, etc.)
• One Two color 4X20 Banner Sign posted during home games for one year.
• Your company name/logo on front page of website includes multiple banner, video or text page advertisements.
• Your company name/logo in all print marketing materials and newsletters.
• Your company name/logo on one season's coaches apparel.
• On-site marketing/demonstration booths for your products & displays.
• Opportunity to donate promotional items.
• Team trophies (Presented by Your Company Name.)
• Name recognition over P.A. system at home games and events.

Gold Sponsorship

Your company, business or individual will be a sponsor in one (1) age division for the Brennan Jr. Bears Youth Football & Cheer Program.

Your company, business or individual will be a sponsor for the Brennan Jr. Bears Youth Football & Cheer Program.

• Company name/logo on 3 X10 sponsor's banner sign posted during home games for one year.

General Sponsorships

• Banner Sign Sponsorship: $500.00, Company name/logo on website and 3x10 banner.
• General Field Sponsorship: $350.00, Company name/logo on website.
• Sign Renewal Sponsorship: $200.00,Yearly renewal of your banner sign sponsorship.
• Exclusive Field Sponsorship: $1,250.00, Company name/logo on main field 4x10 banner during youth football league games and events.
